I'm determined to help people recognize that they DO have power over their subconscious mind and that their symptoms don't define them. Our conscious minds are wired differently, but we still deserve the same opportunities as everyone else. It's time for a new approach to living with ADHD - one where we stop trying so hard and start doing what works best for us instead of fighting our own minds every step of the way.

ADHD affects millions of people every day and it can be a real struggle to manage symptoms, especially when they get in the way of everyday life. But there are ways to make managing ADHD easier! ADHD Blueprint coaching will help you understand why your brain works the way it does and how to use that understanding to take back control over your life. I’ll give you tools for staying focused, getting organized, and taking care of yourself so that no matter what comes at you during the day – whether it’s work or play – nothing gets in the way of living a happy and fulfilling life.

A little about me

I was diagnosed well into adulthood and it's been both eye-opening and fun to look back and see how many of my struggles make sense now. Since my diagnosis I have researched non-stop and become a certified coach to help people like me! I help my fellow neurodivergents turn their chaos into productivity. With a brain wired for creativity, I channel it into creating systems to tackle even the most daunting task lists. On top of that, I want us all to get to a place where we are curious instead of judgmental, calm instead of anxious, confident instead of defensively reactive, connected instead of isolated, and compassionate and caring towards ourselves and others.  I would love to help you get there!
